Resource Consent Granted – 78 Orakei Road

The resource consent to remove the existing dwelling and ancillary structures and construct 19 terraced dwelling units, including earthworks, vehicle access, parking and landscaping at 78 Orakei Road was granted on 23 July 2020, after a review hearing on 14 July by Council Duty Commissioners.

This decision included the scale of the development, and traffic movement on and exiting the site.

“Under sections 104, 104C, 106 and Part 2 of the RMA, this resource consent is GRANTED”.
