Want to learn how to leave a valued legacy? Come and hear writer Jeanette De Heer on writing her memoirs. Her latest book is called Walking Back to Happiness. Come and learn how to write and publish your own memoir.


Jeanette won the Remuera Rotary essay competition in 2004 with the topic Seen at the Tudor: A History of the Tudor Theatre in Remuera. You can read it here. After completing a BA and an MA (Hons) in Sociology at Auckland University, Jeanette attended Deborah Shepard’s Life Writing Workshop and has been writing her memoirs ever since. So come and learn how to write and publish your own memoir.
